For me, nothing particular to be honest, but like some of what we talked already was basically

like a revision to what we have studied earlier in other courses.

But I like how it's like building up for us to understand how we can like create such

systems like, just like you said, like the elegant way of how the nervous system is actually

playing the role here.

Yeah, okay.

Do you have any questions that you didn't understand that you would like now to discuss

more into details?

No, not from my side at least.

Any questions?

Sorry, you're muted.

As of now, nothing in particular, but I'm hoping in future.

Yeah, sure.

Okay, okay.

So regarding what we discussed in the last lecture, the one on synaptic input to motor

neurons, have you managed to have a look at the papers that I sent you, the one on brain

and one on these three articles, the one by Simon Valdivia, the last one physiological

review?

Sorry, you're muted.

Just a brief overview, but not in details.

Yeah, okay.

So basically, what in general, what those papers showed us is about the integration

of synaptic input by motor neurons and how this is translated for output.

So these sessions are really for you, for the students, and this is just to integrate

what we discussed.

But if for you, everything is clear, it's really, there is not much to discuss.

You know what I mean?

If you do not have questions that you would like to answer, this is the last Q&A that

we have about the physiology, because now we will move from the course, we'll move into

the practical part and to more into the applied engineering part.

So from next Tuesday, so now I will record a lecture on EMG.

So this lecture about EMG will give you the overview of how we record data from the muscles

and how we can use this data to control exoskeletons or to control prosthetic or other devices.

But we will start this with a very simple example.

So I will give you data of people that performed voluntary movements, and you will process

this data.

I will first have a, so you will receive the lecture on EMG this Friday.

And then on next Tuesday, we will record another lecture, which is going to be, which we will

discuss how to process the data with MATLAB.

It's going to be a very general overview of MATLAB.

Are you guys already familiar with MATLAB or did you already use it previously?

Yes, I have.

Okay.

And in my case as well, I actually used to work on it.

Very good, very good, because all the exercises will be MATLAB based.

I've seen also ePeng connected.

Feel free to switch on your camera if you want.

So we remember, I can remember your faces.

And yeah, so we will do MATLAB session in the next one.

And we will have three sessions of this, so we will start with a relatively simple exercise,
