The talk was hosted in PROD, the product management course of the Professorship of Open Source Software at FAU.

The presentation shows the different phases from the first product idea, through the development until the product release. The presentation also shows many examples and real cases happened during the design of the Usability of a complex SW Product for the automation industry.
